A gang of idealistic young surfers living in post-apocalyptic Sydney attempt to overthrow the oppressive regime of fearsome tyrant Dr. Turd and his nefarious sidekick Sir Blow in Australian cartoonist Toby Zoates' psychedelic sci-fi-adventure. Only through bloody battle with the free-spirited wave riders be able to restore peace to their once happy country, but the fight for freedom will be a vicious one indeed and Dr. Turd isn't about to go down without a fight.
