“1991 was wedged right between the glorious 1980s, when the business couldn’t have been bigger or better, and the wild boom-period of the Attitude Era, Monday Night Wars, and all the cool late 90s stuff. But 1991 didn’t exactly have the business cooking. Finally, Timeline has now incorporated WCW into its open-ended series. As with ECW and WWE, Timeline: The History of WCW will tackle the federation’s history…the good, the bad, and the ugly. We’ll start in the mid-80s as Crockett was priming to become WCW, and we’ll take it right through 2001 when it met its end.
