A fortune teller (Michael Hui) who gives pretentious forecasts to people to gain wealth was investigated by a tax agent (Leon Lai) for defrauding his customers. However, the teller's lucky break came when he received a blow to the head during a robbery attempt, resulting him in receiving psychic powers. Thus, he uses his newfound power to help the agent solve a drug smuggling case and unmask the crime boss.
