The crew of the nuclear submarine ,the USS Ulysses, rescue what they assume to be the victims of boat tragedy but it soon begins to emerge that the 'victims' are in fact a notorious terrorist cell. The only man capable of stopping is a former navy SEAL but the only problem is that he isn't onboard the sub and time is quickly running out.
