Jail Party, a "sublte satire" of straight-to-video urban films, follows the life of a young man trying to get out of the hood once and for all. The only problem is that he's got several obstacles in his way, all of which are collapsing on him during his 'coming home from jail party'. This film spoofs and pays tribute to classic urban films like 'Belly', 'Friday' and 'The Education of Sonny Carson'.
