After decades in space, humanity's last survivors return to Earth to find that millennia have passed on Earth. Worse yet, the entire ecosystem of the planet has evolved to serve its apex predator: Godzilla. After two failed attempts to defeat Godzilla, the survivors' numbers are dwindling, and in-fighting has begun between humanity and its alien allies. But little do they know that their final challenge is approaching: a monster that not even Godzilla can defeat is coming to eat the world whole.
