In this episode, Dr Christian and Dr Sara are in Govan, one of Glasgow's most deprived neighbourhoods. Christian's called to the house of Ravie Davie, a wrestler who's suffering pain from a spot on the inside of his nose. Christian gives him advice on letting nature take its course and asks some tough questions about the risks of extreme wrestling.Sara meets Grzegorz a storeman who is suffering from the aftereffects of bowel cancer. Sara gives advice on how to improve his chances of corrective surgery and puts theory into practice with an outdoor exercise session.Also, in the doctors' sights are a young mum suffering from anxiety, a retired police officer with a tight foreskin and a carer with an incontinence problem. The doctors strive to treat all these and more before their time runs out.
