Halloween presents one of the last big sales opportunities of the year, so the pressure is on Emma and Martin from the produce team, battling the wet weather to ensure this year's pumpkin crop will deliver the one million required for stores around the country. In the Locksbottom branch in Kent, Halloween could end up being a bit of a nightmare. The store has a low customer satisfaction rating, so manager Mij is on a mission to retrain and re-invigorate his young team in preparation for the big pumpkin push. Meanwhile, Laura and Donna from the communications team head to Romania for the filming of Sainsbury's Dickensian-themed Christmas advert.
